Strong logical and problem solving skills
Strong SQL skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Should have the ability/knowledge to write basic programs in any programming language
Ability to understand/challenge business requirements
Hands on development experience with Crystal Reports
Hands on development experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
